Here’s that summer services update I’ve been promising 🎉

I’ve come to the realization that in a certain way, I’ve spent 15 years avoiding a type of business that I actually really enjoy doing.

And I’m going to take a break from applied AI/fractional CTO work to do it.

I’m going to help people make totally custom code versions of their websites.

The premise is simple:

1. Owner/Founder/EDs chose a CMS like Webflow & Wordpress for their public website before AI became big.
2. Some are now really wishing they had gone fully custom. For those with an important enough web presence, vibe-coding it themselves would be too risky and frankly time consuming.
3. They hire me to rebuild it in HTML/CSS (astro+cloudflare). Looks the same but snappier, healthier, AI-ready.
4. I then show them how to keep it updated on their own with their existing AI subscription (gemini/claude/chatgpt etc).

We’re ironing out the details but have already run a few pilots. Absolutely loving it.

Pilot details: we do quick 15 min fit call | meeting one to review & train | meeting two to launch | 3 weeks total | $250/month for 12 months, or $2,500 paid up front

Only doing summer 2026, then revisiting.
